Julia Mattingly

Julia Mattingly was born and raised in Breckinridge County, KY, and graduated from the University of Louisville in 2023 where she studied Political Science and Rural Health. She has been in DC for almost two years now working on her Ph.D. at George Washington University. In her downtime, Julia enjoys exploring DC, biking, running, and spending time with friends and family.
